Vibe Rater

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibe Rater (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Rater is a community-driven platform that allows users to rate and discover venues based on their atmosphere and vibe. Users can submit ratings, browse venues, follow other users, and access premium features via subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (ratings, captions, photos). By submitting content, you grant Vibe Rater a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, or violates any applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro and Business plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: (a) submit false or misleading ratings; (b) scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data without express permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Rater shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
